Casey started her first business with a $5,000.00 loan from her mother and within 3 years grew it into a multi-million dollar producing company. She says not every business adventure was a total success, but along with way she learned plenty at the 'school of hard-knocks'. An inspirational and motivated speaker Casey is no newcomer to building businesses and knowing 'what it takes' to be cost efficient while doing so (she loves what she calls “bootstrap business building”). Casey and her husband Byron have pioneered over 7 businesses. During her career Casey worked as a Chemical Designer / Business Consultant for many well known companies and has developed marketing programs and manufactured over 500 formulas for more than 3000 companies worldwide, including such names as L'Oreal, Nike, Lynn St. Claire, and RainCountry Naturals. Casey & her husband Byron have also “bootstrap built”: a fitness center, a gift & antique store, and a retail/wholesale distribution line in the gift industry (in total, Casey & Byron have “bootstrap built” over 7 businesses).
Casey & Byron also oversee CKC Property Management and Investment Company which develops & manages Millions in Real Estate located in 5 states. They believe that it's always a good time to invest in real estate, even though their strategies may change with the market conditions. Casey and Byron love a challenge and enjoy making profits for themselves and their clients. Casey was recently chosen as one of the 340 Top Real Estate investors in the United States by Mentor Magazine and is featured on the cover of the book with Donald Trump and Dan Kennedy.

Casey has produced over 12 published books & training programs distributed successfully through Random House books and Turn the Rock Publishing.
Our group found Casey to be a riveting, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable speaker....members of all levels of experience were able to walk away from our conference with fresh ideas, food for thought, and a new enthusiasm for our industry. She got the crowd's attention immediately at the beginning, and held their interest throughout her presentation- before we knew it, to our disappointment, she was out of time! We look forward to her next presentation for us- which is already booked for next year.Brenda Sievers Conference Coordinator,

Casey spent a lot of time and shared a tremendous about of knowledge with me during the event. She is very generous with her knowledge. On a scale of ten, this event was a 12!Live event attendee
Wow!! This is a whole lot of information, and very valuable information in a short span of time. My head was spinning- but I wouldn't change a thing!Live event attendee
Casey's Intensive Class for Small Business was phenomenal. She has just crammed years of her business experience into four hours of intensive training. She goes above and beyond in sharing her life experiences on which she has built her business success. Casey's intent is to prepare you for your future. She takes the time to explain all the nuances of the business world. She focuses on how you can make your business grow and how to sell your business. But don't think you are done when you complete her course, there is plenty to do when you get home to apply her knowledge and to improve your business. This is knowledge you can't buy, and Casey shares it willingly. I highly recommend her class to anyone entering the small business arena or currently in business. On a scale of one to ten, this class was a twelve!Diane, event attendee
Since my training four months ago I have been working on my product line with a whole new viewpoint. The education and insight your training offers has been very helpful in my planning and added to my confidence while launching my product line. The support of your company has been very valuable to me. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and I look forward to working with you and attending more training in the future.Joanne, event attendee
